About MGM Ship Management
MGM Ship Management Private Limited (hereinafter “MGM”) was formed in July 2016. The Company was incorporated to provide a full suite of technical and crewing management services for vessels.
At the initial founding of MGM, the focus was to take over and provide management services to the growing fleet of floating storage units operating in Southern Malaysia. Owing to the success of handling those tankers, MGM was entrusted with more projects, including the management and supervision of new building constructions in South Korea and China. To date, MGM supervised and completed the construction of 4 ocean-going crude/product tankers between 156.6k and 300k DWT, on top of providing full technical and crewing management for a fleet of 14 tankers. The Company is also currently supervising the construction of 1 conventional bunkering tanker and 6 dual fuel (LNG/MGO) bunkering tankers designed for the Singapore bunkering market.
